We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to verify it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
